Technical Manager

We are looking for

For our C4I and Cyber division, we are looking for a Technical Manager to lead multidisciplinary design, integration, and delivery of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) systems for complex projects. You will oversee technical activities and lead a team of engineers responsible for developing end-to-end C4I solutions, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and international customers to translate operational needs into technical solutions, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of sophisticated defense systems

In this role you will

Define system architecture and translate operational needs into detailed technical requirements

Develop System Requirements Documents (SRDs) and design specifications for new and existing systems

Coordinate and lead efforts across software, hardware, communications, and platform teams throughout design and integration phases

Lead proactive project and technical risk management—identifying risks early, defining mitigation plans, and addressing safety, cybersecurity, and system reliability through FMEA and hazard analysis

Prepare formal review packages as the technical focal point, including SRR, PDR, CDR, FAT, and SAT, and present system solutions and progress to internal and external stakeholders

Operate in an Agile environment—define team work plans, manage backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with project milestones

Conduct validation and verification activities to assess and optimize system performance

Oversee system deployment and delivery to customers abroad, supporting integration, training, and acceptance processes

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Software, or Communications)

Systems Engineering background - advantage

Minimum 5 years of experience in multidisciplinary system development; technical management experience - advantage

Experience in communication systems and protocols

Knowledge of artillery systems or operational defense procedures - advantage

Familiarity with Agile development environments and modern engineering workflow tools

Fluent in English; strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers

Willingness to travel abroad to support international projects
