Linux Software Embedded Engineer (Junior position)

We’re on the hunt for a Junior Embedded Software Engineer to join us in Rehovot, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Take part in a core team developing Embedded Linux SW for a cutting-edge satellite technology Modem SOC
• Cooperate with SW architects, VLSI engineers, board designers and validation engineers to deliver high performance and top standard satellite communication products
• Develop Linux device drivers, user space applications for Linux operating systems as well as Firmware
• Involve in all aspects of the SW development lifecycle, from design to development for our current and future products
• Engage in collaborative efforts to create next-gen embedded systems, harnessing the forefront of innovative satellite communication technologies for our unique SOCs and products
  
  

Skills & Experience

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar education is a strong asset
• 1-2 years of experience in embedded development – Mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience in embedded Linux kernel and developing drivers – Advantage
• Background in networking and network protocols – Advantage
• Self-learning capabilities – adapt to changes and study new technical fields
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
