Finance Transformation & Consolidation Lead

A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Finance Transformation & Consolidation Lead to drive a strategic initiative focused on financial reporting and supporting systems.

This role will lead the design and implementation of advanced technology solutions for financial consolidation, reporting, and controls, while driving process automation and establishing a unified data infrastructure across a group of more than 200 financial entities.

Requirements:

✔ CPA with a background in Information Systems, or proven experience in finance transformation projects

✔ Experience leading the implementation of financial systems, ERP, BI, or consolidation platforms

✔ Strong understanding of financial reporting and group consolidation processes

✔ Experience analyzing business processes and translating business needs into system solutions

✔ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders

✔ Experience in a global organization or a multi-subsidiary group
