Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a technical leader for our frontend team. You'll work directly with the CTO, owning the frontend's architecture and technical direction, setting standards, and mentoring the team. You'll do this while shaping a chat-based analysis platform with interactive, data-rich visualizations.

• Own the frontend architecture and technical direction
• Set and uphold engineering standards, code quality, and best practices
• Mentor and guide the frontend team, raising the bar across the group
• Stay hands-on, lead by writing and reviewing code, not just directing
• Partner with the CTO and backend team to align frontend work with product and platform needs

Frontend: Node.js, TypeScript, React, with a strong emphasis on UI performance and dynamic charting Backend you'll integrate with: Python, FastAPI, GraphQL, microservices

• 5+ years of frontend experience
• Strong TypeScript and React
• Demonstrated technical leadership, architecture decisions, mentoring, raising team quality
• Comfortable being hands-on while leading
• Ownership mindset, strong communication, easy to work with

• GraphQL
• Experience with interactive charting / data visualization
• Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions
• FinTech background
