Planning and Control Unit in an Infrastructure Company

A large and central infrastructure organization is seeking a Head of Planning and Control Unit, for a role that includes leading teams and managing large-scale projects.

About the Role:

• Management of the integration, planning, and control system for all projects, from the initiation stage, through the planning and construction phases, and up to project handover
• Responsibility for implementing methodologies, tools, methods, and skills for project management within the division
• Management of project managers

Requirements:

• Academic degree graduate (advantage – Industrial Engineering and Management / Civil Engineering / Economics / Business Administration / Information Systems)
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, building, and tracking the implementation of work plans for complex projects
• At least 2 years of experience in implementing work methods, budget control, and meeting timelines
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of employees
• Experience in budget management and control
• Experience in building work plans and planning alternatives for problem-solving
• Experience working with SAP system
