I’m hiring for an early-stage Offensive Cyber startup building advanced AI-driven capabilities for complex cyber operations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, highly technical team working at the intersection of Offensive Cyber, AI, LLMs, automation, and real-world security challenges. The product is already being used by significant strategic customers, and the team is now expanding its core Product / Research group.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct hands-on research and development in Offensive Cyber
• Work on AI / LLM-based capabilities for cyber research, automation, and operations
• Explore complex, open-ended technical challenges
• Collaborate closely with Product, Research, and Engineering teams
• Take part in building core capabilities from an early stage

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Cyber Researchers with deep curiosity and a real passion for research
• Experience in Offensive Security / Vulnerability Research / Exploit Research – strong advantage
• Interest in AI / LLMs and motivation to work at the intersection of AI and Cyber
• High ownership, independence, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to relocate to the US for a significant period

Important to know:

The role starts in Israel and later includes relocation to the US for approximately two years, as part of building a core Product / Research team close to strategic customers.
