📍 Manufacturing Engineering Manager | Jordan Valley, Northern Israel

A leading global industrial manufacturer in the Jordan Valley is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team.

🔧 About the Role

You'll lead a team of 5 engineers supporting multiple production lines — injection molding, machining, welding, and mechanical assembly. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our manufacturing operations.

✅ Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 5 manufacturing engineers

• Provide engineering support across production lines

• Design and specify assembly machines and tooling fixtures

• Write assembly instructions and technical documentation

• Drive automation integration into production lines

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

📋 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering

• At least one previous managerial role

• Experience in mechanical design within an industrial manufacturing environment

• Proficiency in SolidWorks

• Good English (written and spoken)

➕ Significant Advantage

• Experience integrating automation into production lines

• Experience designing production/assembly machines

• Background in plastics manufacturing

• Familiarity with PLM systems
