Sales Business Development Manager

A well-established international firm with a strong track record across finance, management, and consulting sectors globally. Operating across major business hubs worldwide, the firm works as a true partner to its clients — embedding deeply into their challenges and delivering tailored solutions at every level.

The Role

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of new business development in the Israeli market. This is a hunter role — you will be the firm's primary growth engine locally, building a pipeline of corporate clients and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and winning new corporate clients across Israel, with a focus on organisations with recurring or complex international needs
• Owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first meetings through to proposal, negotiation, and handover to the delivery team
• Building and maintaining a structured target list of high-potential client organisations
• Developing and executing a local business development strategy aligned with the firm-wide goal
• Cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders within the client organisation
• Keeping a close eye on market dynamics, talent trends, and competitor activity to sharpen your commercial approach
• Spending approximately half your time on the road, meeting clients face-to-face across the Tel Aviv area and broader Israel

What We're Looking For

• Essential: 5+ years in a business development or sales role, ideally in professional services or consulting sectors
• Essential: Comfortable with a travel-heavy role — up to 50% of working time spent in client-facing meetings across Israel
• Essential: Native or fluent Hebrew speaker
• Essential: Strong working proficiency in English
