Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of features end-to-end, write high-quality code, and carefully validate their work before delivery

The ideal candidate is not only strong technicallyfull-stack but also reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. We are looking for someone who understands product needs, thinks through edge cases, tests their own work, and takes responsibility for the quality and stability of what they build.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build, optimize, and maintain backend services and APIs using Express and TypeScript.
• Design, implement, and improve relational database structures using MySQL.
• Take ownership of features from requirement understanding to implementation, testing, deployment, and follow-up.
• Carefully review, test, and validate your work before handing it off.
• Identify edge cases, potential bugs, performance issues, and user experience problems early.
• Debug and improve existing systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and documented code.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable features.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, responsibly to improve productivity without compromising code quality.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience in full-stackthe development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript.
• Proven experience building frontend applications with Next.js and React.
• Strong experience building backend services and APIs with Express.
• Solid experience with MySQL, including database design, indexing, optimization, and complex queries.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, responsive design, security, and performance.
• Ability to take projects and features from idea to production independently.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to think through edge cases and validate work before release.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
• Clear communication and the ability to raise risks, blockers, or unclear requirements early.
  
  

• Experience with Docker and containerized development environments.
• Experience with MUI / Material UI and component-based design systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly.
• Experience working in fast-moving product environments.
