Full Stack Engineer

Finonex is a long-standing and stable trading-platform company, delivering advanced online trading technology to global partners for over a decade. We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team and help build and improve our products. This is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You'll be joining a collaborative global team of 6 engineers working on a strategic solution that is approaching its first major milestone and will continue to evolve with new features and capabilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is excited about building scalable solutions from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

• Own features end-to-end, from database design to business logic to API to UI implementation, and be responsible for complete feature delivery.
• Drive technical decisions by bringing your ideas to feature kickoffs, proposing solutions, and influencing architectural choices.
• Build with modern technologies including React, Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Hit the ground running on a high-impact project and contribute meaningfully from day one.
• Collaborate closely with a global team while maintaining a high level of independence and accountability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex features.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven approach to learning and researching solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kafka.
• Background working on CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
