This new unit will leverage cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies to develop advanced solutions that enhance business processes, decision-making, and client experiences.

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Product Manager to join our AI division!

The ML Product Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end development and implementation of Machine Learning–based products - from understanding the business need, through research and analysis, scoping, guiding development and deployment, and finally measuring and monitoring long‑term business performance.

What you’ll do?

• Full lifecycle management of an ML‑based product - from ideation, scoping, and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Leading the scoping process and defining business requirements, with a deep understanding of how ML models integrate into complex business processes.
• Driving ideation with business stakeholders, identifying and evaluating additional opportunities to embed ML models into business workflows.
• Conducting pre‑model research and business analysis, including data exploration, descriptive statistics, and assessment of the current state.
• Leading the business and analytical mapping of explanatory variables (features) from various domains and understanding their contribution to prediction.
• Developing measurement methodologies to evaluate the model’s business impact.
• Collaborating closely with Data Science, Engineering, and business teams on an ongoing basis.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Product Manager or leading data‑driven product definition processes
• Experience as an analyst, including working with SQL
• Proven ability to translate business needs into data and modeling solutions
• Experience leading scoping processes and defining business requirements
• Analytical thinking combined with product and strategic mindset.
• Experience in defining and developing ML models (in a product role)- strong advantage.
