General Summary

• Lead procurement, logistics, warehouse, transportation
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
• Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times.
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Understand and comply with export and import laws and regulations requirements.
• Support sales team with sales operations activities that includes quotations to customers, invoicing and direct, optimize and coordinate full sales order cycle
  
  

Required Qualifications And Experience

Student in B.Sc. Industrial Engineering, 3rd year out of 4

Desired Skills And Experience

Knowledgeable in collecting and analyzing data

Proficient in standard ERP software, MS Office and Document Management Systems

Personal Characteristics

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Ability to collaborate with all functional departments in the company
