As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Freelance Experience Producer to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company events and experiences
• Build presentations, proposals, budgets, timelines, and production plans
• Manage suppliers, venues, partners, and production teams
• Lead client communication and become a trusted partner throughout the process
• Coordinate creative workstreams including branding, content, and design
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Identify opportunities to elevate experiences and bring new ideas to the table
• Support on-site event execution and ensure flawless delivery

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience producing corporate events, employee experience programs, retreats, conferences or company offsites for tech companies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with budgets, spreadsheets, presentations, and planning tools
• Strong written and verbal English
