Role Overview

As a Field Application Engineer, you will be the technical face of CaPow to our

customers worldwide. You will own customer PoCs, lead deployments, troubleshoot

complex technical challenges, and work closely with Sales, Product, and R&D to

ensure successful adoption of CaPow's technology.

This role is based in Beer-Sheva, Israel, and requires frequent international travel to

customer sites across Europe and the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and partners.
• Lead system installations, commissioning, testing, and validation activities.
• Support customer PoCs, pilot projects, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues.
• Work closely with R&D and Product teams to resolve technical challenges and

improve product performance.

• Create and maintain installation guides, troubleshooting procedures, and

technical documentation.

• Deliver customer training and technical demonstrations.
• Travel globally to support customer deployments and field activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Technical Support,

Integration Engineering, Service Engineering, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with installation, integration, and troubleshooting of

technical systems.

• Basic electrical and mechanical understanding, including wiring, equipment

installation, and use of common tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Advantage:

• Experience in robotics, AMRs, AGVs, industrial automation, or warehouse

automation.

• Degree or practical background in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical

Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience in startup environments and customer-facing technical roles.
