About This Role
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting both local and remote teams. The role involves implementing, maintaining, and supporting the company's software and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier-1 Technical support for local and remote staff.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues over Zoom, Slack or in-person.
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and maintain SaaS tools, optimizing their use across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
- Create and update IT documentation, including best practices, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Provide IT training to employees.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as Support/IT/System Specialist.
- Hands-on experience in macOS, Windows and Ubuntu.
- Experience managing Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, 1Password, Glean, Claude Team, Jira, Confluence, Gitlab, Jumpcloud or similar solutions.
- Experience managing end-user equipment, meeting rooms (multimedia) equipment and office access control system.
- Experience working with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems.
- Can-do attitude and passion for helping and interacting with people.
- Solid knowledge of networking, automation and scripting.
- Passion for cutting edge solutions and trends in IT, security and AI.
- Proactive, support-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global IT team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Hebrew.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Relevant degrees and certifications are preferred.
