We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Development Team Lead

A leading company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Development Team Lead to manage and mentor a professional CRM development team. This role includes end-to-end responsibility for the development lifecycle, technological leadership, and team management in an innovative and advanced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a development team consisting of Dynamics 365 experts, Full Stack developers, and Azure professionals.
• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365-based solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions and provide technical leadership.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor, develop, and empower team members.
• Manage workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Take a hands-on role in developing complex solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and lead end-to-end delivery processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading and managing development teams, including Dynamics and Full Stack developers.
• At least 5 years of experience developing with C# (.NET 4.0 and above), including REST services.
• Proven experience developing on the Dynamics 365 platform (Online and On-Premises).
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Azure services.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with databases.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in system implementation, training, or customer-facing technology roles
• Experience working with business customers
• Familiarity with AI tools and Generative AI platforms
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• High technological orientation and fast learning capabilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer engagements
