Platform Team Leader - Adtech

We're looking for an experienced Platform Team Leader to lead a cross-functional team of Backend, Frontend, and Full-Stack Engineers responsible for a large-scale, mission-critical platform serving global users.

This is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, people management, architecture ownership, and hands-on development while working closely with Product and R&D leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers

• Drive architecture, scalability, and platform performance

• Design and build complex backend systems and workflows

• Translate product vision into technical roadmaps and execution plans

• Promote AI adoption and engineering best practices

• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of experience leading Backend or Full-Stack teams

✔ Strong backend development and system architecture background

✔ Experience building scalable, cloud-based platforms (AWS preferred)

✔ Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data processing

✔ Experience with AI tools and modern development workflows

✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong Advantages

➕ PHP and React experience

➕ Experience with Media, Video, Content, AdTech, or high-scale SaaS platforms

➕ Experience with MySQL, Redis, OpenSearch, or similar technologies

➕ Experience building or integrating AI-powered products
