Cemento is a construction tech company that brings advanced technology to real-world operational projects. We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team and help us ensure the highest quality of our products.

Role Overview

As a Junior QA Automation Engineer at Cemento, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites, identifying bugs, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with our development team, using modern tools and methodologies to improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Web and API environments.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and design effective test cases.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on product quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation framework.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering OR a graduate of a leading QA/Automation Bootcamp (e.g., John Bryce)- Must
Up to 2 years of experience in QA Automation (Junior level).
Strong orientation towards QA Automation (vs. classic development).
Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript – a must.
Familiarity with automation frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
Basic understanding of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON) and APIs.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
"Can-do" attitude and a passion for learning new technologies.
