Job Description:

A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to join a professional and experienced regulatory team. This role offers broad responsibility for local regulatory activities and ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders both in Israel and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local registration processes for innovative medicinal products and medical devices in Israel.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to the Israeli Ministry of Health.
• Handle regulatory variations, renewals, and maintenance of existing marketing authorization dossiers.
• Prepare and update pharmaceutical packaging materials.
• Ensure implementation of safety updates in physician and patient information leaflets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with Ministry of Health representatives, global teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Work in a matrix environment, collaborating with multiple departments across the organization as part of a professional and experienced regulatory team.
• Lead regulatory processes and engage with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Requirements:

• Licensed Pharmacist – mandatory.
• 1.5–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical registration/regulatory affairs in Israel – mandatory.
• Suitable for a Responsible Pharmacist with up to approximately two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a multinational/global pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration across multiple interfaces.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and prioritization skills, combined with a broad strategic perspective.
• Proactive approach, strong learning agility, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and reading comprehension).
