Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join the Diagnostics and Deployment Systems Department within the Technology and Network Division.

This role is focused on the design, development, and maintenance of complex enterprise systems that support critical operational processes across the organization. The position requires strong technical expertise across both server-side and client-side development, with an emphasis on building scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in C# development, along with strong proficiency in SQL and database design. Experience with Entity Framework is required, as well as hands-on development using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API frameworks.

On the client side, the role requires solid experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with Angular is considered a strong advantage, as well as familiarity with Python development.

In addition, experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-driven systems is a significant advantage and reflects the department’s direction toward modern, intelligent software solutions.
