Algorithm Developer

Leading defense company is looking for Algorithm Developers to join advanced R&D teams working on next-generation multidisciplinary systems.

Open positions include:

Algorithm Developer for Command & Control (C2) Systems

DSP / Communication Algorithms Developer

The role includes research, modeling, simulation, and development of advanced algorithms — from feasibility studies and mathematical analysis to implementation support and system integration in cutting-edge technological environments.

Responsibilities:

• Development of advanced algorithms for signal processing / communication / complex systems

• Research, system analysis, and feasibility studies for multidisciplinary technologies

• Writing models and complex simulations in MATLAB/Python

• Solving complex mathematical, physical, and logical problems

• Supporting algorithm implementation on FPGA and Software platforms

• Working closely with multidisciplinary R&D, System Engineering, and Integration teams

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Physics / Aerospace Engineering / Computer Science
  • Strong MATLAB and/or Python skills
  • Experience developing signal processing and/or communication algorithms – advantage
  • Strong mathematical background – linear algebra, statistics, probability, signal processing, or communication theory – advantage
  • Experience with communication systems, RADAR, GNSS, Wireless/Cellular, simulations, or control systems – advantage
  • Machine Learning / Filters / Estimation theory – advantage
  • High analytical skills, self-learning ability, and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
