We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Implementation & Training Specialist

Overall, as a AI Implementation & Training Specialist you wil lwork directly with business customers to implement AI solutions, lead training sessions and workshops, guide users and managers through adoption processes, and help organizations integrate AI tools into their daily workflows. You'll act as the bridge between technology and business, ensuring customers maximize the value and impact of AI across their teams.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in implementation, training, business analysis, customer success, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into solutions
• Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management skills
• Significant advantage for experience with Microsoft Copilot
