Collections Manager

NESS is seeking a Collections Manager.

The role involves leading the operational financial function of a large global group (annual sales turnover of 2 billion NIS and above), combining team leadership and management capabilities, strategic business thinking, strong analytical skills in cash flow forecasting, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while managing extensive business activity.

Full-time position, in Ra’anana.

Requirements

• :At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Manager in a large global company (preference for organizations with multiple subsidiaries) – required
• .At least 5 years of direct management experience leading collections teams – required
• .Proven experience working with banks and dealing rooms (foreign exchange and financing activities) – required
• .Advanced proficiency in Excel – required
• .Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration – required
