Job Descriptio

• nAnalyze and assess the current environment, including all business processes and systems related to the organization's HR ecosystem
• .Define the project scope, implementation phases, and solution roadmap
• .Determine the implementation approach, architecture, and supporting technologies
• .Identify challenges and gaps and recommend optimal solution designs and implementation strategies
• .Manage all aspects of the project throughout its lifecycle, from requirements gathering with business users, planning, organization, and feasibility analysis, through production deployment, operation, and ongoing maintenance
• .Lead all project stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, vendors, and external consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and successful delivery of project objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value
• .Plan and manage project goals, activities, tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets
• .Prepare technical specifications and procurement documentation required for acquiring systems and services through tender and RFP processes
• .Develop and maintain project work plans using project management tools
• .Monitor and manage project progress, represent the organization in interactions with vendors, prepare status and progress reports, and proactively address risks, issues, constraints, and delays
• .Participate in steering committee and project management board meetings, provide reporting to executive management and steering committees, and represent the division in various organizational forums

.Requirement

• sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field
• .Completion of ERP-related training courses totaling at least 300 hours
• .At least 10 years of proven experience in ERP HR implementation projects
• .Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects
• .Experience working with SAP Solution Manager and ERP project management tools
• .Proven experience leading SAP HCM implementations in at least three large Israeli organizations, from requirements definition through go-live
• .Proven experience leading SuccessFactors implementations in at least one organization
• .Proven experience defining and leading new HR processes, including experience in at least one public-sector organizatio
