System Engineer | Multidisciplinary Systems | Petah Tikva / Rosh HaAyin Area

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join its growing engineering team and play a key role in the development of existing and next-generation products.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with R&D, Hardware, Software, Algorithms, QA, and Product teams while driving system-level architecture and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the System Engineering domain for existing and future product lines.
• Define system requirements, qualification plans, and verification methodologies.
• Write, review, and maintain system specifications and requirement documents (SRS).
• Define and manage product compliance requirements, including safety, environmental, EMC, and radio certifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee certification testing with accredited laboratories.
• Lead system design reviews, including PDR and CDR milestones.
• Lead pilot installations and supervise system validation activities.
• Support product deployment and field integration activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in System Engineering for multidisciplinary products.
• Proven experience working with hardware, software, and algorithm-based systems.
• Strong experience writing detailed system requirements and technical specifications.
• Ability to independently lead complex engineering processes from concept through deployment.
• Excellent system-level thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
