Technology Project Manager (25076)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end (E2E) technology projects, from initiation through production deployment.
• Plan and develop project work plans, including breaking projects into MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendors while ensuring project objectives are met.
• Lead status meetings, prepare presentations for steering committees, facilitate steering committee meetings, prepare executive status reports, manage project risks, and document meeting minutes and decisions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across all organizational departments and engage relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify required project interfaces and integrations while maintaining an understanding of both business and technological processes.
• Work in a hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing Information Systems projects in large organizations.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders, not solely with technology teams.
• Experience managing projects in a matrix environment involving Information Security, Infrastructure, System Analysis, Development, QA, and other technical teams.
• Experience in risk management, steering committee management, schedule management, budget management, and status reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience working within financial or banking organizations as an internal employee (rather than as an external service provider) – a significant advantage.
• Understanding of Information Systems processes and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems – an advantage.
• Technical background or software development experience – a significant advantage.
