We're looking for an experienced Android Tech Lead to help drive the evolution of a large-scale mobile platform used daily by hundreds of thousands of users.

You'll be responsible for leading Android development across complex products, guiding architectural decisions, improving engineering practices, and helping teams deliver high-quality software at scale.

### What you'll do

* Lead the technical direction of Android development

* Design and evolve modern mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVP)

* Develop complex features using Kotlin and Java

* Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices

* Work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, iOS teams, Backend engineers, QA, DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams

* Drive performance improvements, scalability, and maintainability

* Contribute to CI/CD processes and release management

### What we're looking for

* 5+ years of Native Android development experience

* Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java

* Deep knowledge of Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding

* Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations

* Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar design patterns

* Experience leading development teams for at least 2 years

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

* Ability to lead technical discussions, solve complex challenges, and drive execution

### Nice to have

* Experience with Cloud Native applications

* Automated testing experience (Unit Tests, Integration Tests)

* Experience with Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, or RxJava

* Experience with Firebase, Room Database, or Google Play Services
