Junior Business & Operations Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business & Operations Analyst to join our team in the maritime and container shipping industry.

This role focuses on analyzing operational and business data, maintaining reports and dashboards, supporting decision-making processes, and helping improve business workflows across the organization.

• Analyze operational and business data
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support weekly and monthly reporting processes
• Investigate trends, exceptions, and business performance
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes
• Support business improvement and automation initiatives

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Independent, curious, and eager to learn
• Good Hebrew and English skills

• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
• Familiarity with process automation or low-code platforms
