Junior Full Stack Engineer

An early-stage Pre-Seed AI startup that is pioneering the future of enterprise automation. The company is engineering an advanced, cloud-native AI platform designed to automate and streamline complex organizational processes, transforming them into structured, highly scalable, and data-driven workflows.

Located in the Center region (highly accessible, near a primary train line) and operating on a hybrid model with one day of remote work per week (with plans to expand to two days in the future)

Key Responsibilities-

• Owning the design and implementation of clean, scalable Client-Server architectures, robust data models, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Translating product roadmaps and abstract business requirements into seamless, interactive user interfaces and secure backend microservices.
• Troubleshooting complex technological challenges, optimizing database queries, and helping establish core engineering methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and coding standards.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a highly relevant academic discipline - Mandatory
• Up to 2 years of professional software development experience (open to exceptional, high-caliber junior talent, including intensive military technological training/service) - Mandatory
• Hands-on project implementation or professional experience programming in Python and/or React - Mandatory
• Strong conceptual and practical understanding of modern Web development principles, database interactions (SQL/NoSQL), and API engineering - Mandatory
• Exceptional self-learning capabilities with an analytical approach to solving complex architectural bottlenecks - Mandatory
• Professional-level English communication skills - Mandatory
