Position Overview

• VLSI Frontend Design Engineer taking technical responsibility for transforming advanced AI chip architectures into high-performance, energy-efficient silicon layouts.
• Optimizing complex logic designs to hit elite benchmarks across PPA (Power, Performance, and Area) metrics.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Verification, Backend (Physical Design), and DFT units to guide high-complexity designs from concept through to successful tape-out.
• Partnering with Embedded Software and Systems teams during the critical post-silicon laboratory bring-up phase.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a highly relevant academic discipline from a leading university - Mandatory
• 3+ years of proven professional experience as a VLSI Frontend Design Engineer - Mandatory
• Solid familiarity with SystemVerilog or Verilog for RTL development - Mandatory
• Prior experience with Deep Learning hardware accelerators, neural processing architectures, or high-throughput compute engines - Strong Advantage
• Practical design experience integrating industry-standard high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, MIPI, USB, Ethernet) - Advantage
• Hands-on familiarity with Design for Testability (DFT) practices - Advantage
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Tcl, Bash) to automate front-end engineering workflows - Advantage
• Conceptual or practical exposure to complex SoC architectures and system-level design partitioning - Advantage
