DevOps & Backend Engineer (GCP Infrastructure)

We're building the next generation of Maritime Visual Intelligence — real-time AI systems running across cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, GPU workloads, and edge deployments.

We're looking for a hands-on DevOps & Backend Engineer to own our infrastructure and help scale a production AI platform already serving real-world maritime operations.

• Manage and scale GKE production environments
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Maintain core GCP infrastructure and Kubernetes services
• Improve monitoring, reliability, security, and cloud efficiency
• Contribute to Python/FastAPI backend services when needed

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
• Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience
• Hands-on experience with GCP
• Terraform (or similar IaC tools)
• CI/CD experience, preferably with GitHub Actions
• Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Flux, or similar GitOps tools
• Working knowledge of Python
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development

• GPU workloads on Kubernetes
• Prometheus / Grafana
• Multi-architecture builds (AMD64 / ARM64)
