R&D Team Lead (Hands-on | React & .NET)

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Team Lead to join a growing, global marketing company in the online gaming space.

Founded in 2003, the company operates across multiple international markets, with a strong presence in the UK, Spain, and Canada.

What You’ll Do:

●     Lead and mentor a small team of developers while remaining highly hands-on

●    Take ownership of both frontend and backend development

●    Work on customer-facing brand websites (built with React)

●    Develop and maintain internal systems (payments, user management, campaign management, risk/spend management) using .NET

●    Play a key role in evolving the company’s internal CMS and tools

What We’re Looking For:

●     ~10 years of experience in software development

●    Proven experience as an R&D Manager / Tech Lead

●    Strong full-stack capabilities

●    Must have: hands-on experience with React and .NET

●    Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

●    Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

●    A “roll up your sleeves” attitude – someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the code and the team

●    Flexible, approachable, and team-oriented personality
