The Role: Legal Counsel – Employment & Commercial

We're looking for a Legal Counsel who combines strong labor law expertise with a practical business mindset and the ability to support a fast-growing organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary legal partner for HR and management on labor and employment matters.

• Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, policies, disciplinary documents, hearing letters, and termination documentation.

• Support employee relations matters, disciplinary proceedings, investigations, and employment terminations.

• Manage labor litigation, including drafting pleadings and representing the company before labor courts.

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with restaurants, suppliers, service providers, and strategic partners.

• Provide ongoing legal guidance to HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.

• Identify legal risks and proactively recommend practical business solutions.

• Work closely with the General Counsel on legal strategy, compliance, and risk management.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Licensed Attorney in Israel.

• 3–6 years of legal experience.

• Strong labor and employment law background with experience representing employers.

• Experience appearing before labor courts and handling employment-related litigation.

• Hands-on experience supporting HR teams, disciplinary processes, employee claims, and employment agreements.

• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills in Hebrew.

• Strong English skills for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.

• High level of ownership, professionalism, and attention to detail.
