We are Hiring an HRIS Team Manager!

Job Description:

Manage and lead the Human Resources Systems area in a large organization with dozens of companies and business subunits while being responsible for the development, operation and implementation of HRIS systems, improving work processes and promoting innovation in the field, ability to lead complex projects and manage a team of HRIS project managers

Job Description:

Experience and rich background in complex information systems in organizations

Experience in leading a team

Experience in managing complex and integrative projects

Five years or more of experience in implementing/assimilating Fusion HCM or similar systems, Hilan, recruitment systems such as Adam, etc.

Technical understanding of information systems architecture with an emphasis on HRIS systems

Experience in ongoing user support, project leadership, monitoring and managing work with subcontractors

Process vision and experience working in multi-interface enterprise organizations
