System Administrator

Located in the Center region and operating on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• Senior System Administrator (IT & Security) stepping into a critical, autonomous role as a One-Man Show, taking complete strategic and operational ownership of the company's internal IT infrastructure and security posture.
• Architecting, maintaining, and scaling corporate server networks, complex virtualization tiers, and multi-platform user environments.
• Leading organizational information security protocols, vulnerability hardening, and enterprise risk mitigation.
• Operating with high autonomy, balancing day-to-day infrastructure engineering with the strategic management of external vendors and global IT suppliers.

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven professional experience as a System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer - Mandatory
• Hands-on, deep technical mastery in executing, managing, and troubleshooting complex Virtualization environments - Mandatory
• Extensive, hands-on administrative and deployment experience within Linux environments - Mandatory
• Strong technical background and practical experience managing corporate Information Security (Cybersecurity) architectures, firewall policies, and endpoint protection - Mandatory
