An early-stage, high-growth HR-Tech startup that has successfully secured Seed funding and is rapidly scaling toward Series A.

Operating at the frontier of autonomous technology, the company engineers an advanced, AI-first platform designed to transform talent acquisition and organizational decision-making through Agentic AI.

With an established product already in production and an active commercial customer base, they are building foundational architecture to automate enterprise workflows globally.

Located in the Center region (highly accessible, situated directly on a primary train line) and operates on a hybrid model allowing for 1-2 days of remote work per week.

Position Overview-

• VP of R&D & AI reporting directly to the CEO, taking full strategic and operational ownership of the entire software engineering and artificial intelligence organization.
• Leading and scaling a multidisciplinary group of software engineers and Data Science/AI researchers, with immediate plans to recruit and expand the department.
• Architecting the evolution and scale of complex Multi-Agent workflows and LLM-based systems in high-scale production, embedding an "AI-First" engineering culture across all product layers.
• Balancing executive leadership, technical roadmap definition, and deep Hands-On architectural decision-making across cutting-edge AI infrastructure.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience managing engineering and AI groups, including leading team leads or multidisciplinary software and data science teams - Mandatory
• Direct leadership experience within "AI-First" technology companies where artificial intelligence forms the core product engine rather than an add-on feature - Mandatory
• Proven experience managing engineering organizations of 10 professionals - Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record driving LLM-based products, RAG topologies, and Agentic AI reasoning systems into production environments - Mandatory
• Direct background with hands-on recruitment, talent pipeline building, and expanding engineering teams within startup ecosystems - Mandatory
• Exceptional ability to balance high-level organizational leadership with sharp, hands-on technical and architectural execution (Python, Cloud, MLOps) - Mandatory
• Experience as a Co-founder — Advantage
