Composite Materials / Structures Assembly Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Composite Materials / Structures Assembly Quality Inspector to join the MLT Technologies Plant within the Military Aircraft Group. The role focuses on performing quality inspections for composite material assemblies and UAV structures while ensuring compliance with aviation standards and production requirements.

What the role includes:

• Performing visual inspections of assemblies according to drawings and work instructions, while identifying defects and non-conformities.

• Documenting inspections, surveys, and findings, and preparing detailed reports regarding UAV systems, assemblies, and completed activities.

• Working closely with technicians and engineers to ensure high-quality standards.

• Applying aviation authority regulations and quality standards throughout inspection and production processes.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer or Technician in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• 2–3 years of experience in quality control of composite material assemblies.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes of UAV structures.

• Knowledge of aviation and/or military standards.

• Experience working with measurement tools and ERP systems.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
