Technical System Administrator

Be2See is seeking a Technical System Manager with excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, users, and technology partners. This role involves full responsibility for operating and implementing the Campaign Management system, including upgrades, troubleshooting, implementing new interfaces based on business needs, and providing support to the system's business users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with multiple teams, including users, development, application teams, infrastructure, and helpdesk.
• Developing and supporting integrations with other systems, such as DWH, CRM, Web, Applications, BI.
• Managing and coordinating IT vendors for system services and support.
• Utilizing ticketing systems to manage and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's degree.
• Over two years of experience working in an IT department of a large organization and/or in IT services companies.
• At least two years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Campaign Management systems – an advantage.
