Investor Relations Manager – Real Estate

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in fundraising, investor management, and a deep understanding of the Israeli family office ecosystem, particularly those connected to the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in capital raising, strong relationships with investment funds, and an ethical, transparent approach to negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, contact, and develop strategic relationships with family offices, investment funds, and investor groups in Israel.
• Lead fundraising processes for real estate projects, presenting investment opportunities and managing the full relationship cycle.
• Analyze the Israeli private investment market and identify opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy.
• Prepare and present financial documentation, investment proposals, and commercial materials.
• Maintain continuous and transparent communication with investors, ensuring trust and long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency of information and proper follow‑up on each operation.
• Represent Argis in meetings, events, and relevant investment forums in Israel.
• Ensure an ethical approach in all negotiations.

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of professional experience in roles related to investment, fundraising, private equity, family offices, or real estate.
• Deep knowledge of the Israeli investor ecosystem, especially family offices and small to mid‑size funds.
• Proven experience in capital raising and investor relationship management.
• Strong understanding of the Real Estate sector and real estate investment models.
• High professional integrity, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision.
• Languages: Native or bilingual Hebrew, and professional‑level English.
