Technical AI Project Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Owner to lead end-to-end AI transformation initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on turning AI from experimentation into measurable business impact, by driving automation and process transformation across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, and Sales. You will own the full lifecycle of AI initiatives- from identifying opportunities and defining requirements through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes- while working closely with business stakeholders and AI delivery teams

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional AI projects from concept to production rollout and adoption.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying opportunities for AI agents and automation.
• Translate business needs into clear AI initiatives with defined scope, success metrics, timelines, and ownership.
• Partner with business units and AI delivery teams to drive execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Track and measure business impact, including productivity gains, process efficiency, adoption, and ROI.
• Ensure successful handover, operational readiness, and long-term ownership of deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, or similar role, including strong business analysis capabilities.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience leading AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, automation, and AI-driven process transformation.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving digital transformation, automation, or process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with full professional fluency in English
