About the Role

A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Consumer Credit Systems Analyst to join its technology and business solutions team.

This role involves leading complex systems analysis initiatives, driving end-to-end deliverables, and supporting strategic projects within the consumer credit domain. The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, development teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions and improve business processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis activities for consumer credit and financial systems initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Produce detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Drive end-to-end deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project managers with planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with multiple business and technology stakeholders across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead and facilitate business and technical discussions.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and organizational standards.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-production activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Systems Analysis.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution.
• Proven experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to quickly learn new domains and technologies.
