Looking for a Ukrainian-Speaking Intelligence Analyst

I am looking for a highly capable Ukrainian-speaking intelligence analyst to support and potentially lead a complex international business intelligence investigation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:

• OSINT investigations
• Corporate intelligence
• Business intelligence / commercial investigations
• HUMINT support and source development
• Russian & Ukrainian-language research across open sources, corporate records, media, litigation records and social networks
• Mapping ownership structures, beneficial ownership, business networks and hidden relationships
• Producing clear, actionable intelligence reports in English

A background in financial, corporate, legal, sanctions, litigation support, asset tracing, or investigative journalism would be a strong advantage.

The work will involve a sensitive, multi-jurisdictional matter requiring discretion, analytical depth, strong judgment and the ability to work with incomplete information.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Ukrainian
• Excellent English writing skills
• Proven experience in intelligence, investigations, OSINT, corporate research or related fields
• Ability to assess sources critically and distinguish between confirmed facts, indicators and hypotheses
• High discretion and professional integrity
• Availability for a project-based engagement over the coming months

Advantage:

• Ukrainian language
• German language
• Experience in business disputes, litigation support, sanctions, asset tracing, or Eastern Europe/CIS corporate networks
• Background in intelligence, law enforcement, financial crime, journalism, due diligence or private intelligence
