About the Role

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Technology Project Manager to join a team responsible for strategic clinical systems and electronic medical record (EMR) initiatives.

This role combines project management, systems analysis, business process design, and stakeholder management in a complex healthcare environment. You will lead cross-functional projects, analyze business and technical requirements, design system solutions, and drive large-scale initiatives that directly impact healthcare services and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) ecosystem and related clinical systems.
• Manage end-to-end business and technical processes across multiple organizational units.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead functional and technical systems analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare functional and technical specification documents.
• Design and define integrations between enterprise systems, including APIs and ESB-based solutions.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, integration teams, and development teams.
• Support project planning, prioritization, deployment, and ongoing system enhancements.
• Drive process improvements and identify innovative technology solutions to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management and Systems Analysis within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience writing functional and technical specifications.
• Experience designing and analyzing system integrations, including APIs and ESB platforms.
• Strong SQL and/or NoSQL skills, including complex query development for data analysis and research.
• Experience leading at least one large-scale project from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
