 Role Description

Epsilor Electric Fuel is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team and lead multidisciplinary development and production programs for advanced energy solutions and defense-related applications.

This is a full-time, on-site position involving end-to-end project ownership, from customer requirements and product development through qualification, industrialization, and production. The role requires close collaboration with customers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and manufacturing departments to ensure successful project execution while meeting technical, schedule, quality, and budget objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex engineering projects and managing subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Taking full ownership of project execution, ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, cost, and performance targets.
• Serving as the primary technical interface with customers and maintaining ongoing communication throughout all project phases.
• Managing procurement budgets and preparing project cost estimates and forecasts.
• Leading multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
• Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer-to-production activities while providing technical leadership and engineering guidance.
• Managing the development of multidisciplinary systems, test equipment, and integrated engineering solutions.
• Analysing and defining system requirements for integrated hardware and software systems.
• Ensuring design quality and compliance with customer specifications and contractual requirements.
• Managing project-related expenditures and ensuring adherence to development and engineering budgets.
• Representing the company in technical reviews, customer meetings, and professional forums.
• Providing direct leadership to engineering and development team leaders and overseeing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Working closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, operations, supply chain, and program management teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in hardware and software development environments and close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Experience working with military or defense-related systems
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary development teams, including hardware, software and mechanical, disciplines
• At least 3 years of matrix managerial experience leading engineering groups and/or electronic product development teams within an industrial environment
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives
• Experience with military systems development and familiarity with military standards is a significant advantage
