VP Sales and Marketing ROW

About ENTIRE:

ENTIRE has developed a non-thermal Irreversible Electroporation (IRE / PFA) system for the treatment of adeno-tonsillar and inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Delivered through a bipolar handpiece, the platform uses ultra-short electrical pulses to provide precise soft tissue ablation with no bleeding, minimal pain and fast recovery time.

Role Description:

ENTIRE is seeking an experienced VP Sales and Marketing, ROW to lead commercial activities across the world (At side of the US). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Herzliya, Israel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing distributor relationships, supporting physician training, and expanding market adoption of ENTIRE's innovative ENT technology.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the ENT medical device field is required
• Experience working with distributors and physicians
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Operating Room (OR) experience is an advantage
• Open to travel
