About the role

We are looking for a Senior FX Dealer to join its professional, dynamic, and growing Foreign Exchange Desk.

This role involves working with corporate and financial clients, pricing and executing FX and derivatives transactions, managing deals end-to-end, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an advanced trading environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute FX and derivatives transactions for a diverse client base
• Support transactions from pricing through execution and completion
• Provide professional guidance to clients on foreign exchange, hedging, and derivative products
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and control desk activities, including exceptions, collateral management, and operational processes
• Participate in initiatives to improve and optimize desk performance and workflows
• Working days: Monday–Friday (Friday until market close at 2:00-3:00 PM)
• Following the onboarding and training period, one work-from-home day per week

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field – mandatory
• At least 5 years of significant experience in FX trading within a financial institution – mandatory
• Proven experience as an FX Dealer or as part of a dealing/trading room – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of FX products and derivatives – mandatory
• Experience working with corporate clients – mandatory
• Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken – mandatory
• Familiarity with trading platforms and systems – an advantage
• Understanding of market and currency risk management – an advantage
