DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and improve cloud-based infrastructure and delivery processes.

In this role, you will work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to support reliable application delivery, automate operational processes, and improve the stability and efficiency of our environments.

Role Description

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment environments on AWS.
• Manage and support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications using Helm.
• Write scripts and automation tools using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
• Practical experience working with Kubernetes and Helm in production or complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience building and maintaining infrastructure using Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and release processes.
• Experience writing scripts and automations using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of containerization concepts and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mentality and hands-on approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support and enable multiple engineering teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD – An Advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools – An Advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices – An Advantage.
• Familiarity with FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization – An Advantage.
