Role Description The Prophet is a full-time, hybrid role based in West Jerusalem, with a blend of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. In this position, you will monitor cultural, social, and digital trends to anticipate shifts in audience behavior and translate them into clear strategic insights. You will craft forward-looking narratives, concepts, and campaign directions that guide clients’ social media and communications strategies. Day to day, you will partner with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to develop content themes, key messages, and thought-leadership angles that align with client objectives. You will present your insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, refine ideas based on feedback, and help ensure that campaigns remain relevant, inclusive, and consistent with brand values. The role also involves documenting insights, preparing briefs, and contributing to workshops and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize trends, data, and cultural insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express complex ideas in accessible, inclusive language.
- Experience in social media, marketing, communications, or related fields, with familiarity of major platforms and digital best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in West Jerusalem, including regular on-site meetings and remote collaboration.
- High level of cultural awareness, integrity, and respect for diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Sociology, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with research methods (qualitative and/or quantitative) and basic familiarity with analytics tools is an advantage.
