Operations Manager – Logistics Center (Logistics Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead internal operational services across the logistics center, including safety, IT systems, transportation, procurement, security, facility management, maintenance, and automated warehouse operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Member of the logistics center management team

• Managing managers and large teams, including training and professional development

• Defining and enforcing operational procedures and work processes

• Leading improvement initiatives and SLA processes for internal and external customers

• Managing and monitoring operational projects and supervising vendors

• Managing the operational expenses budget and annual CAPEX

• Participation in HACCP and Quality forums

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Economics / Engineering / Business / Management) – required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations (warehouse, distribution, operations, procurement, or safety) – required

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing large teams – required

• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple operational interfaces

• High analytical skills and ability to lead complex processes

• High proficiency in MS Office – required

• High‑level English (spoken, written, reading)

• Experience with SAP, EWM, Business Objects, Sequence, Action Base – advantage

• Experience managing complex construction projects – strong advantage

• Mechanical engineering technician certification – advantage
