Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a driven and motivated SDR to join our growing sales team and play a key role in our expansion.

• Reach out to potential business customers (Outbound & Inbound)
• Conduct phone calls with leads and prospects
• Identify business needs and understand customer challenges
• Present Konimbo’s value proposition and generate interest
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Manage and track leads in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to grow the pipeline

• At least 1 year of experience in phone sales / telemarketing / customer-facing roles – required
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Persuasion skills and ability to lead conversations
• High motivation, hunger for success, and desire to grow in sales
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Organized, responsible, and fast learner
• Experience with CRM systems – advantage
